Job Description:
CACI is seeking a cleared Systems Administrator in Hampton, VA. This is an immediate need that is supporting the Distributed Ground System (DGS) modernization, system operations and promotion. On-site work is required. The System Administrator is responsible for maintaining and sustaining all aspects with the Enterprise Services System.
What You’ll Get to Do:
- Maintain and operate Microsoft Configuration Management (MCM) system.
- Utilize reports to monitor and maintain Enterprise Services.
- Package and deploy applications for servers and workstation.
- Install, support and maintain servers by tuning system performance.
- Responsible for the integrity, confidentiality, availability of information systems through patch management to include anti-virus installation and signature file updates and data archival/restoral.
- Respond and resolve service outages, technical queries and other system related issues.
- Conduct systems analysis and development to keep systems as current as possible with changing technology.
- Perform system checks (processes, services, network, storage) to ascertain overall system health.
- Update and document configuration management and troubleshoot any reported problems.
- Collaborate with the security team on system upgrades and issues.
- Provide technical guidance to Tier 1 and 2 personnel.
Qualifications:
Required:
- Active TS/SCI security clearance.
- BS degree in Computer Science or related degree with 4 years of experience, or 6 years of experience if no degree.
- Security CE certification or higher.
- Experience with one or more of the following technologies:
o Microsoft Windows Server troubleshooting
o Microsoft Windows workstation troubleshooting
o MCM working knowledge
