What are the responsibilities and job description for the Culinary Operations Supervisor position at Cactus Country Kitchen?

Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of food production and kitchen operations
- Develop and implement menu planning strategies to ensure a diverse and appealing selection of dishes
- Maintain knowledge of current trends in the food industry and incorporate innovative ideas into menu offerings
- Provide leadership and guidance to kitchen staff, including training, scheduling, and performance management
- Manage inventory and ordering of food and supplies to maintain adequate stock levels
- Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations in all food handling and preparation activities
- Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure smooth coordination of food service operations
- Monitor quality control measures to maintain high standards of taste, presentation, and customer satisfaction

Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Executive Chef or similar role in a high-volume kitchen environment
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent knowledge of food preparation techniques, culinary trends, and industry best practices
- Solid understanding of kitchen operations, including inventory management, cost control, and sanitation standards
- Ability to create innovative menus that cater to a variety of dietary preferences and restrictions
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with staff at all levels
