NBSP; Production (Spray) Gluer - Auburn Hills, MI. Temporary Assignment (Feb. 5th - Mar. 14th) Pay Rate : $23.00 per hour Job Details of the Production (Spray) Gluer :
Spray Liquid Adhesive to assembly vinyl interior car parts
Prototype build
Inspect, position, and hand wrap textiles (leather, vinyl) onto automotive interior assemblies with due caution and care
Inspect, position, and adhere leather and vinyl to automotive assemblies
Hand trimming of parts using open razor blades, scalpels, etc.
Careful use of heat guns to activate adhesives to ensure a sufficient bond of textile to substrate without damaging
Massaging / finessing of textiles to work out wrinkles, bridging, and alignment of seams, etc.
Full inspection of product to ensure it meets quality standards before parts leave the station
Inspect parts for defects
Conducts cleaning in the work area on a daily basis
Required Skills and Qualifications of the Production (Spray) Gluer :
Knowledgeable in all defect types that are beyond customer and internal boundaries
Experience in applying spray glue onto automotive components
