Operations Quality Supervisor

Based in Franklin, Ohio, this role offers a pay rate of $19.00 per hour. Your shift could be 1st Shift, running from 7:00 am to 3:30 pm, with the possibility of seven-day work weeks.

Role Overview

As the Operations Quality Supervisor, you'll steer the daily functions of CER personnel and oversee quality control procedures. Cultivate robust customer relationships across corporate towers.

Core Qualifications

• Automotive quality background is necessary for this role.
• Exemplary computer proficiency is a must, with a heavy emphasis on Microsoft Excel.
• Outstanding interpersonal skills are crucial.
• Customer service excellence is required for interactions with both management and assembly line supervisors.

Qualifications and Experience

• High School Diploma or GED is a minimum requirement; college coursework is a plus.
• A minimum of one year of supervisory experience in automotive quality is required.
• Attention to detail is paramount.
• Strong experience with Microsoft Excel.
• At least two years of automotive quality inspection experience is necessary.
• Capability to lift 25 lbs. repetitively during shifts.
• Problem-solving abilities and teamwork skills are a must.
• Willingness to work overtime as needed is essential.
