Embark on an exciting Six to Twelve Month Contract as the Simultaneous Development Lead! Your role centers around coordinating the efforts of a dynamic team, ensuring that project timelines, costs, and quality standards are met while managing changes and risks.

Daily Mission:

• Champion the Simultaneous Development Team (SDT), motivating them to adhere to schedules and resolve conflicts efficiently. Negotiate deftly with stakeholders and customers.
• Be the heartbeat of communication for all SDT deliverables, ensuring that the corporate Product Launch process is fully respected.
• Manage scope modifications and keep meticulous records, differentiating between engineering and scope changes.
• Drive the team towards goal attainment, striving for zero accidents, flawless deliveries, and hitting financial commitment milestones.
• Lead monthly finance SDT meetings, employing your keen financial acumen to align design and budgetary demands.

What You Bring:

• A Bachelor's in Engineering or Business, or equivalent experience with over 6 years in areas like engineering, manufacturing, or finance.
• A track record of automotive industry experience, with preferred emphasis in program management, particularly for BMW projects.
• Proficiency in program management tools and methodologies, augmented by OEM exposure.
