Full-Time, non-exempt Compliance Manager needed for a growing non-profit public health agency
Job Description
CADA Prevention and Recovery Center is seeking a detail oriented and organized Compliance Manager. The Compliance Manager is responsible for supporting agency-wide compliance, quality assurance, and performance improvement activities to ensure that funder-based, accreditation, and licensing standards are met. The Compliance Manager will drive continuous quality improvement by monitoring programmatic trends and applying person-centered feedback to staff. The Compliance Manager will conduct on-going chart audits to assist with tracking of and monitoring performance-based measurements of the agency. The Compliance Manager must be a critical thinker, compassionate, client-service oriented, and have professional communication skills.
Credentials/Requirements
· In-person position
· Master’s degree in social services, counseling, social work, or another related field with
o A minimum of 2 years of quality improvement/quality assurance experience with organizations serving mental health/substance use disorder populations.
o Minimum of 1 year experience working for or supporting a DHH licensed or accredited program (e.g., CARF, COA, Joint Commission, etc.).
· Bachelor’s degree in social services, social work, or another related field.
o A minimum of 5 years of quality improvement/quality assurance experience with organizations serving mental health/substance use disorder populations.
o Minimum of 3 years’ experience working for or supporting a DHH licensed or accredited program (e.g., CARF, COA, Joint Commission, etc.).
· Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint), electronic health records, and the use of computers/laptops
· Preferred licensure as a Licensed Addictions Counselor (LAC), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Master Social Work (MSW), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
Salary is competitive with excellent benefits, range $42,000-$54,000 based on experience and licensure.
