Responsibilities :
- Assist customers in person, via phone, and email, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience.
- Learn about diamond education and guide clients through the sales process.
- Build strong relationships with customers, providing support from initial inquiry to final sale.
- Collaborate with the design and production teams to meet client expectations.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Support the team in achieving sales goals and day-to-day operations.
