As the eyes and ears of the facility, you’ll conduct regular site visits, perform light maintenance, and ensure the property remains in great shape for customers.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct walkthroughs of the property to check all storage units
- Overlock delinquent units and remove locks from paid-up tenants
- Clean and reset vacant units by sweeping, mopping, and prepping for new renters
- Dispose of trash or abandoned furniture in the on-site dumpster
- Report any maintenance issues or security concerns
- Ensure the facility is clean and well-maintained
