Duties
- Conduct routine inspections and maintenance on facilities to ensure optimal performance.
- Perform electrical repairs and installations, utilizing tools such as an ohmmeter for diagnostics.
- Execute residential painting tasks to maintain aesthetic appeal.
- Utilize Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) for tracking work orders and inventory.
- Fabricate parts or components as needed to support maintenance operations.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing tenant or client concerns promptly and professionally.
- Supervise and lead maintenance staff during projects, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and quality standards.
- Collaborate with other departments to coordinate maintenance schedules and minimize disruption.
Skills
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively in English.
