Job Summary: Caden Care Homecare is looking for a dedicated and experienced Community Liaison to lead business growth and marketing efforts in Pittsburgh. This role focuses on developing new referral sources, maintaining strong relationships with existing partners, and driving the agency's visibility within the community. The Business Director will also manage sales activities, engage in public relations initiatives, and consult with potential clients to ensure their care needs are met. Responsibilities include keeping detailed records of sales and prospecting activities in Sales Force, preparing weekly call plans, and handling inquiries about our services.
Key Responsibilities: Community Liaison & Business Development focuses on building and maintaining client relationships, increasing visibility, and driving growth. The role would include:
Client Outreach & Acquisition:
- Identify potential clients (individuals needing homecare services) through various channels like healthcare facilities, social workers, and community events.
- Build relationships with referral sources such as hospitals, doctors, rehab centers, and Managed Care Organizations (MCOs).
- Conduct in-person visits, calls, or virtual meetings to introduce the agency's services to potential clients or their families.
Community Engagement:
- Attend health fairs, senior living events, and community gatherings to promote the agency's services.
- Build partnerships with local organizations and networks to increase referrals.
Digital Marketing & Online Presence:
- Manage the agency’s website, social media, and online ads to attract potential clients.
- Optimize SEO so the agency ranks higher in searches for homecare services in specific locations.
- Run targeted online campaigns to specific demographics or geographic regions, such as the elderly or their families.
Brand Awareness & Reputation Management:
- Create marketing materials (brochures, flyers, business cards) to distribute within communities and at events.
- Gather and share client testimonials and success stories to build trust.
- Monitor and manage online reviews to maintain a positive public image.
Referral Management:
- Build and maintain a network of referral sources such as healthcare providers, insurance companies, and MCOs, ensuring consistent client leads.
- Keep in touch with existing clients for referrals through satisfied family members and caregivers.
Follow-Up & Relationship Building:
- Consistent follow-up with potential leads and referral sources to maintain interest and close new client deals.
- Cultivate long-term relationships with clients and community leaders to create ongoing business opportunities.
Administrative Role:
- Regularly update the office on the progress of sales efforts and provide detailed reports on all activities, including client interactions, referrals, and outreach initiatives.
- Willing to process and prepare all necessary paperwork required for clients to be enrolled in the agency, ensuring all documentation is accurate and completed in a timely manner.
This person would act as the face of the homecare agency, continually finding new ways to connect with those in need of services and ensuring the agency stays top-of-mind for potential clients.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, PR, Health Care, or related field
- Sound understanding of marketing principles
- Strong copy-writing skills and the ability to easily communicate ideas
- Computer proficient with Microsoft Office
- Strong administrative and organizational skills
- General knowledge and capability to operate office equipment
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Meet or exceed all essential functions of the job, including but not limited to, work performance goals
- Healthcare experience is a must
Work Environment:
This role is 50% office-based, focusing on strategy and administrative tasks, and 50% fieldwork, engaging with referral sources, attending events, and building community relationships within the service areas. Allegheny ,Armstrong, Beaver, Butler ,Fayette, Washington and Westmoreland County.

Pay: $62,000.00 per year
