How You Will Make An Impact
- Solicit delinquent and problem loans for loss mitigation.
- Conduct phone and face to face interviews with borrowers for loss mitigation processes.
- Send and process incoming borrower response packets.
- Counsel borrowers about various loan programs and help them to select the program that best fits their financial goals and needs.
- Assist the loss mitigation staff in gathering necessary documents from the borrower.
- Work closely with staff from Fannie Mae, FHA, VA, USDA and all other agencies as required.
- Provide and maintain a professional business like atmosphere within the organization and represent the financial institution to the investors and government agencies
- Have a good understanding of loss mitigation
- Work well under stress and able to meet deadlines
- Must be able to work independently under pressure
- Must be detailed oriented and able to follow set guidelines
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills
- Understanding of excel spreadsheets, word and basic computer skills
- Regular and reliable attendance
- Works cooperatively with others
