Job Description
As a Mortgage Occupancy Field Inspector, you will be responsible for verifying property occupancy, reporting general property conditions, and completing other tasks on behalf of mortgage lenders.
You will use a mobile app to obtain photographs, comments, and form documentation, and communicate consistently with your inspection manager via text, email, and phone.
Requirements
- Have used industry-standard smartphone apps such as InspectorADE, EZ Inspections or SafeView inspect.
- Have experience conducting occupancy inspections.
What We Offer
A set rate per inspection, estimated at $15-$20 per hour based on the number of inspections performed.
Paid out every Friday by direct deposit for work completed the prior week.
