How You Will Make An Impact
- Pull documents, prepare foreclosure referrals and send to the attorneys’ office
- Monitor the foreclosure process for timeliness and provide information as needed to the attorney, appraiser or mortgagor
- Order appraisals, property inspections and property preservation (as needed) per the investor guidelines and monitor those for completion
- Monitoring multiple files and timeframes daily
- Make calls to the mortgagor as needed per the investor guidelines
- Take phone calls from and return calls to the mortgagors, appraisers and the attorneys’ office
- Excellent computer skills
- Knowledge of mortgage documents
- Good phone and verbal communication skills
- Team player
- Ability to multi-task
- Detail oriented
- Knowledge of excel spreadsheets
- Works cooperatively with others
- Regular and reliable attendance
