What The Role Is
Develops and controls documentation for products that are subject to regulatory approval. Responsible for day-to-day workflow of the Government National Mortgage Association (GNMA) files housed by Cadence. Maintain high standards of accounting and tracking by GNMA.
How You will Make an Impact
- Track and monitor all activities pertaining to the GNMA pools.
- Ensures information captured is complete and accurate and meets the expectations of GNMA reporting requirements.
- Extracts, analyzes, and summarizes product information for submission to GNMA.
- Track and update several spreadsheets that are required for the GNMA reporting.
- Monitor pools of loans for completeness, monitor exceptions, and releases.
- Maintain GNMA standards for audit.
- Timely Reporting to GNMA
- Assist with Management Reports for Loan Operations
Who You Are
- Business Degree Preferred, Or 5 years banking experience
- Previous Loan File experience
- Knowledge of Loan Documentation
- Decision-making skills
- Written communication skills
- Ability to identify and seek needed information/research skills
- Analytical thinking skills
- Attention to Detail
- Ability to work with a high degree of independence
- Time Management
- Regular and reliable attendance

Remote within Alabama, Arkansas, Florida, Georgia, Louisiana, Mississippi, Missouri, Tennessee, and Texas.
