Cadence Care Network has immediate openings for Qualified Mental Health Specialists to provide Intensive Home-Based Treatment Services to children who meet the program requirements (ages 7-12 with a behavioral health diagnosis and at risk of out of home placement) in Trumbull County.
Intensive Home-Based Treatment is an innovative, culturally appropriate, evidenced-informed, and holistic service that place vulnerable kids and their families at the center of care. Licensed Therapists lead the team and help the family and youth achieve their goals of minimal system engagement and the opportunity to keep families together.
Requirements:
- 3 years of experience as a Qualified Mental Health Specialist.
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred in a related field (psychology, sociology, etc)
- Experience with the child welfare, juvenile justice, educational, and behavioral health systems for a minimum of 3 years.
- The ability to provide clinical services in a family’s natural environment.
- The ability to work in a non-traditional setting.
- An ability to conceptualize cases and work in a team setting to meet the needs of a specific service population.
$5,000 sign on bonus with a one-year commitment and quarterly incentives up to $2,000.
