Our preschool lead teacher will accept our philosophy and work collaboratively with other passionate teachers and leaders to create a positive learning environment for all children within the center.
They will document and share with parents the important milestones in a child's day, respect and observe children's interests while maintaining safety, and enhance children's play with language, toys, and activities.
Key qualifications include a high level of flexibility, a willingness to work within business hours, and a Child Development Associate (CDA) or college degree in Early Childhood, Child Development, or related field.
