Sr. Director Growth & Retention Job Responsibilities:
The Sr. Director Growth & Retention is a strategic leader within the Marketing Department, responsible for setting and executing a comprehensive growth strategy across the organization’s school network. This role extends beyond day-to-day enrollment activities, focusing on building enterprise-wide processes, policies, and leadership capabilities to drive growth, retention, and overall performance in alignment with corporate goals. The Sr. Director Growth & Retention Enrollment collaborates with executives, regional leaders, and cross-functional teams to ensure that best practices for enrollment are not only developed but also scaled effectively across all schools.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
1.
Develop and implement a long-term enrollment growth strategy in partnership with Field Operations, Marketing, and other senior leaders. Oversee performance analysis, forecasting, and goal setting to maximize new student starts and retention on an enterprise-wide scale. This includes evaluating funnel performance and developing best in class strategies to maximize lead funnel conversion.

Leverage organizational analytics to identify school cohorts most likely to deliver organic headcount growth and develop and test mechanisms to increase enrollment performance.

Partner with Operations on accountability for funnel conversion rates, in effort to maximize new lead to visit completed rate. Provide secondary support for visit to registration conversion success.
4.
Work closely with the Marketing team to shape and influence lead-generation efforts, ensuring targeted campaigns and initiatives are aligned with enrollment objectives, including forecasting to help influence media spend.
5.
Identify and implement programs that optimize family and student retention, through transitional seasons and on an overall annual basis.
6.
Provide direct leadership to Enrollment Team, guiding them in setting priorities, managing resources and delivering measurable enrollment results through call center effectiveness and lead to visit completed conversion rates.
7.
Identify scalable opportunities to deploy a small team to focus on schools most likely to influence overall organizational utilization growth.
8.
This role is a play and coach to the Director Enrollment position. Dividing and conquering our 300 school portfolio, executing the growth strategies directly with some schools, while teaching and building that skill in the Director Enrollment.
