Role Overview:
Are you committed sales professional looking to be part of a booming industry?  Do uncapped commissions drive your success?  Do you have previous B2B sales experience in the solar or SaaS space?  We offer a competitive base commission with earning potential of $65-145K/yr.  

To accelerate our growth and expand our partner network, we are seeking a dedicated Strategic Sales Executive to focus exclusively on acquiring new solar installation partners. This position will play a critical role in expanding our partner network by identifying, engaging, and signing new solar installation organizations and solar sales dealers to include our warranties. This position is ideal for a high-energy sales professional who thrives on prospecting, building relationships, and closing deals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct high-volume prospecting via cold calls, digital outreach, and networking
  • Deliver compelling sales presentations to potential solar installation partners
  • Drive the end-to-end sales cycle – from initial outreach to contract signing
  • Refine and optimize partner acquisition strategies
  • Develop and track sales success metrics (closing ratios, lead sources, etc.)
  • Collaborate with leadership to ensure alignment with growth objectives

What We’re Looking For:

  • 2 years of sales experience (preferably in the solar, SaaS, or B2B sectors)
  • Proven ability to prospect, pitch, and close deals in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Experience using CRM tools and sales reporting software
  • Self-motivated, goal-driven, and highly organized
  • Ability to work independently
  • Bilingual in Spanish a plus, not required
