Your Role: As a Sales Trainee, you’ll be at the heart of our mission—helping homeowners make the switch to clean, renewable energy and high-quality roofing solutions. Your role will include:

• Engaging with potential customers in residential neighborhoods and introducing them to our exceptional solar and roofing solutions.
• Educating homeowners about the financial and environmental benefits of solar energy and premium roofing.
• Providing outstanding customer service, ensuring a seamless experience throughout the entire sales process.
• Tracking and hitting your sales targets, using key performance indicators to stay on track.
• Participating in continuous training sessions to boost your product knowledge and sales skills.
• Maintaining customer accounts with professionalism, making sure every interaction leaves a positive impression.
• Performing additional tasks as needed by leadership, always growing your skills and capabilities.

• Availability during evenings and Saturdays when needed.
• Flexibility to work full-time with a schedule of Tuesday-Saturday (preferred).
