Dining Experience Specialist

Cadence Millbrae, a premier retirement community, is seeking a highly skilled Server to join our team. As a Server in our community restaurant, you will play a vital role in creating an unforgettable dining experience for our residents.

Your primary responsibilities will include taking food orders, summarizing, and writing tickets accurately and promptly. You will ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for all residents, serving food and beverages with a smile. Additionally, you will maintain a clean dining and service area for all, help with bussing tables and washing dishes at the end of food service (where applicable), and reset tables for the next meal service.

To excel in this role, you must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, a positive team player mentality, and a passion for serving seniors. Previous experience working in Independent Living (IL), Assisted Living (AL), Memory Care (MC), or Senior Living is highly desirable.
