Customer Service Representative
Full Time - Day Shift
Cadence Petroleum Group is hiring a Customer Service Representative to join one of the nation’s most progressive distributors of petroleum products.
The CSR has a customer-first, problem-solving attitude that supports the outside and inside sales team efforts to offer the industry’s highest level of service and growth. Your position will be engaging with customers via phone and email, and helping execute placing orders.
This position will be required to work in both Customer Service and Service side.
Responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following:
- Interacts with customers via telephone, email, online chat, or in-person to provide support and information on products or services.
- Receives, screens and directs phones calls and emails
- Collects and enters orders for new or additional products or services.
- Fields customer questions and complaints; when the issue is beyond the representative’s knowledge, forwards to the assigned specialist or other appropriate staff.
- Maintains accurate daily records of goods received and shipments made.
- Collecting Credit Card receipts, processing work orders and assist with billing process.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
Desired Skills and Experience
- 2 years of customer service experience with a great attitude
- Demonstrates strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated and detail oriented
- Demonstrates quick problem-solving skills and work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications with ability to learn
- Proven ability to efficiently manage multiple projects and tasks at the same time
- Petroleum product or automotive distribution background is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred
