Warehouse Manager
Cadence Petroleum Group is seeking a dedicated and experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee our warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the daily activities of the warehouse, ensuring efficient order fulfillment, and maintaining high standards of safety and quality. This role requires strong leadership skills and a thorough understanding of warehouse management practices.
Duties
- Supervise and coordinate all warehouse activities, including receiving, storing, and shipping goods.
- Manage inventory levels and ensure accurate order fulfillment.
- Develop and implement efficient transportation planning strategies to optimize delivery schedules.
- Oversee operations management to enhance productivity and reduce operational costs.
- Lead a team of warehouse staff, providing training and support to ensure high performance.
- Implement materials management processes to maintain optimal stock levels and minimize waste.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies within the warehouse environment.
Experience
- Proven experience in warehouse management or a similar supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of operations management principles and best practices in warehousing.
- Familiarity with order fulfillment processes and inventory control systems.
- Experience in supervising teams and managing personnel effectively.
- Understanding of warehouse operations, planning, materials management.
