What You'll Do:
- Drive Financial Excellence: Lead all accounting functions, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll, and purchasing, ensuring precision and adherence to compliance standards.
- Champion Strategic Insights: Stay ahead of industry trends, analyze data, and contribute to the strategic vision by delivering actionable financial insights.
- Optimize Cost Structures: Collaborate across departments to understand and refine operations and cost-control measures, aligning them with organizational goals.
- Master Financial Reporting: Prepare and present accurate financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow reports.
- Enable Agile Budgeting: Contribute to the budgeting processes, assess proposals, and provide insightful analysis to guide leadership in decision-making.
- Enhance Operational Integrity: Oversee internal controls, policies, and compliance to ensure seamless regulatory adherence and minimize risk exposure.
- Foster Collaborative Leadership: Work closely with executives and managers to provide clear, timely updates on financial performance and forecasts.
- Lead CPA Review, Tax, and Compliance Efforts: Coordinate annual independent CPA Review and ensure the organization meets all federal, state, and regulatory obligations.

Required Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (MBA/CPA strongly preferred).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
- Prior experience in the healthcare industry preferred
- Laboratory experience a plus

Pay: $100,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year
