Essential Job Functions
- Process regular payroll cycles for property.
- Resolve payroll discrepancies through researching data in the time and attendance application.
- Respond to requests for payroll information timely and maintain confidentiality of records.
- Ensure correspondence (including phone calls, mail, and email) from internal and external customers is addressed timely and accurately.
- Maintain an efficient payroll process to include an organized filing and tracing system.
- Perform clerical duties in support of the accounting department.
- Support special projects and other responsibilities as assigned.
- Practice safe work habits.
- Perform other duties as request by management.
- High School diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous accounting/bookkeeping/payroll experience or training required
- Proficient in Excel
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
- Work schedule varies and may include working on holidays, weekends and alternate shifts.
- Required to sit for extended periods, lift up to ten pounds, bend, reach, use hand and fingers to operate keyboard.
