Responsibilities
- Maintain a professional, friendly and courteous atmosphere that provides guests with an exceptional gaming experience and ensure efficient operations.
- Assists guests and players with all requests in a professional and timely manner.
- Identifies, establishes, and inspires enrollments to prospective Players Club members both on the casino floor and the Players Club booth.
- Prepare new cards, replacement cards, and updates information in the player development system for guests.
- Evaluates members’ play and issues complementary amenities based on established guidelines.
- Stays informed about all events, promotions, and tournaments.
- Maintains general knowledge of the property as well as slot floor layout, mix, etc.
- Performs duties in accordance with departmental and property policies, practices, and procedures.
- Performs all other job related duties as requested.
Requirements
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Have interpersonal skills to deal effectively with all business contacts.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Must be 21 and able to obtain a support license from the SD Commission on Gaming.
