New Player Identification/Contact:
Actively seek out and engage potential players.
Sign up new members for the Players Club.
Educate prospects on the benefits of the Players Club program.
Player Communications:
Develop and maintain relationships with key players.
Utilize property amenities and programs to engage target players.
Handle customer needs and concerns calmly and rationally.
Technical Proficiency:
Use casino computer systems to track complimentary items for qualified guests.
Issue new Players Club member cards and manage player groups for analysis.
Track and distribute monthly and promotional benefits.
Proficiency in typing and keyboarding is essential.
Competitor Knowledge:
Stay informed about the competitive landscape.
Promote and explain the unique benefits and features of Mineral Palace.
Provide feedback to relevant departments based on competitor insights.
Teamwork:
