Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and assist them with inquiries regarding the Players Club and its benefits.
- Manage guest accounts, ensuring accurate information is recorded and maintained.
- Handle cash transactions efficiently while adhering to established cash handling protocols.
- Supervise and train new staff members on customer service standards and operational procedures.
- Address and resolve any conflicts or issues that arise with guests in a professional manner.
- Promote Players Club events and programs to enhance guest engagement.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery across the casino.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring all materials are readily available for guests.
Experience
- Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably within a casino or hospitality environment.
- Strong conflict management skills with the ability to handle challenging situations effectively.
- Proficient in basic math skills for cash handling and transaction processing.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities with experience in supervising staff or teams.
