We are seeking a Customer Service Assistant with experience in CDK to join our team in Metairie, LA. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in providing excellent customer service and be familiar with CDK software. Responsibilities include assisting customers with inquiries, resolving issues, and providing support to the customer service team. The Customer Service Assistant will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Customer Service Assistant Duties and Responsibilities
- Respond to customer calls and emails and answer questions about products and services
- Process orders and ensure they are fulfilled
- Handle customer complaints or concerns
- Log all contacts in our customer database system accurately
- Perform general administrative tasks, such and copying and filing
- Generate monthly, quarterly, and annual reports for management
Customer Service Assistant Requirements and Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Customer Service Assistant Experience in CDK
- 1 years of experience in customer service or an administrative role
- Outstanding phone and email etiquette
- Able to manage multiple accounts simultaneously
- Exceptional communication skills
