*Job Summary*
We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide administrative support and ensure efficient operation of the office.
*Responsibilities*
- Manage and organize office files, documents, and records
- Assist in accounts payable and accounts receivable tasks
- Perform bank reconciliations and assist with budgeting
- Support with tax accounting and governmental accounting tasks
- Handle clerical duties such as data entry, filing, and correspondence
- Assist in maintaining office supplies inventory
*Skills*
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Bookkeeper.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks is a must.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Handle payroll processing.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Knowledge of basic accounting principles including debits, credits, and budgeting
- Familiarity with accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
- Previous experience in accounting is a plus
