Job Description
Top 3-5 Technical Skills Needed: Service Management, CRM integration, 10-15yrs with CS Module, FI/CO/SD/MM/IM Integrations
At least one full project life cycle as Service Management consultant
In depth and hands-on experience in Service Management configuration
Very good understanding of integration between CRM and Service Management – especially organizational structure
At least 10-15 year of SAP consulting experience in the module CS / Service Management
Very good process knowledge of equipment service processes
Good understanding of Service Management integration with FI, CO, SD, MM, IM
