CAE USA Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Senior Linux Systems Administrator to support our Mission Management Center located at Peterson AFB, CO. The ideal candidate will have advanced Linux administration skills and be well-versed in working in virtual environments.
Responsibilities
• Ensure the efficient operation of our systems and services
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement process improvements
• Maintain accurate documentation for system configurations and procedures
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in a timely manner
• Stay current with industry developments and emerging technologies
Requirements
• 8 years of professional experience in Linux administration and technical leadership
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field; or three additional years of relevant experience (11 years total)
• Proficiency in RHEL and Ubuntu systems, including security compliance and patch management
• Current Security certification or other DoD 8570.01m IAT level 2 or higher certification
• Experience working with Cross-Domain Solutions and applying STIGs to address vulnerabilities
• Red Hat Certified Engineer preferred

• Ability to self-task and explore areas for improvement
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Familiarity with virtual environments and TAK/ATAK servers
