Job Description
- Design and support the execution of experiments to qualify improvements for thin film solar cell performance, reliability, and stability.
- Perform root-cause failure analysis and component degradation characterization using various diagnostics.
- Drive and supervise efforts with certification and external labs to obtain certificates for required IEC or UL standards.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, materials, chemistry, or a closely related field, plus 8 years of experience.
- Laboratory testing and reliability/durability testing of electronic devices.
- Familiarity with statistical analysis software such as JMP, Minitab, R, or similar.
- Programming skills with Python, MATLAB, or similar.
- Strong practical lab skills and experience with failure analysis methods.
