Position Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented individual for a Production Data Clerk. This position works to support the Manufacturing Operations team by verifying and inputting data from the manufacturing floor into our ERP system. This data is essential for reporting on the overall performance of the manufacturing operation.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Gather daily production results from the manufacturing floor and input them accurately into the ERP system.
Work closely with manufacturing floor supervisors to identify and resolve data reporting inaccuracies.
Pull reports from multiple sources, consolidate information, and verify the accuracy of reported data.
Scan and electronically file manufacturing records in an organized and accessible manner.
Assist in preparing summary reports and visualizations based on production data for team reviews.
Identify opportunities to improve data entry processes and workflows to enhance accuracy and efficiency.
Assist in internal or external audits by providing accurate and up-to-date production data records.
Partner with the Operations team to ensure data integrity and completeness.
Provide general administrative assistance to the Operations team, such as maintaining logs, generating labels, or preparing documentation.
Perform other duties as assigned to support the teams overall goals.
Minimum Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional training or certification in data entry, office administration, or related fields is a plus.
Proven experience in data entry or administrative roles, preferably in a manufacturing or production environment.
Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel).
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Effective communication skills to interact with team members and supervisors.
Compensation:
Caerus Corp provides the following information about compensation for this position:
Salary Range: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour

The salary range is based on several factors which will vary based on position. These include labor markets and, in some instances, may include but not limited to education, work experience, scope and responsibilities of position and geographic location.
