Overview
CAES Mission Systems, Woburn, MA is seeking a Financial Analyst I / II to join their Team. In this role, you will be a key team member responsible for financial planning and analysis, while enhancing value and visibility to the Program Management Office (PMO). Your efforts will drive more proactive decision making and improve profitability of our business. Responsibilities
YOUR ROLE; but not limited to:
- Consolidation, reporting, forecasting, and budgeting efforts for three sites within the Mission Systems business unit
- Support month end close by collaborating with program finance to consolidate monthly forecast
- Work closely with a team of analysts to support cash forecasting and indirect rates analysis
Build, cultivate, and maintain cross-functional partnerships while streamlining finance business processes and procedures with Program Management, Contracts, Supply Chain, Operations, and Engineering
- Various ad hoc analysis
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree and minimum 1 years' relevant experience in a finance or accounting role
- Experience with an ERP system
- Microsoft Office proficiency and Intermediate Excel skills (VLOOKUPS, SUMIFS, pivot tables, etc.)
- Strong communication and presentation skills to effectively interact with Program Managers and across other functional areas
- This position requires access to technology, materials, software or hardware that is controlled by US export laws. In order to be eligible for this position, you must be a "US Person" under US export laws (or eligible for approval under a U.S. Government export license)
- Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance
- Previous Defense Industry experience
- Familiarity with IFS, SAP
- Previous experience with financial statements forecasting (income statements, balance sheet, etc.,)
- Independent self-starter with ability to work with minimal supervision

Salary Range: Finance Analyst I: $61,256.72 ~ $88,882.29 & Finance Analyst II: $69,832.66 ~ $101,325.81 annually. Applicable pay within the posted range may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, geographical location, job function of the position, education, and experience of the successful candidate.
