YOUR ROLE; but not limited to:
- Review the pricing requirements of Requests for Proposals and customer requests for contract modifications and participate in development of a pricing strategy/approach.
- Ensure cost proposals are prepared timely and accurately in accordance with FAR 15-408 Table 15-2 and all regulatory and compliance requirements including TINA, FAR, DFARS, and CAS.
- Review all elements of cost including direct labor, material, ODC, and indirect costs in ensuring compliance with FAR, DFARS, and CAES procedures.
- Work collaboratively with functional departments to coordinate the collection and accumulation of cost, scheduling, and performance elements and research and analyze historical data and develop cost models to support proposal efforts.
- Coordinate and support pricing audits for pricing activities with our customers and government agencies (DCMA, DCAA).
- Assist with the development of intelligence-based pricing standards, strategies, and best practices where applicable and integrate the same throughout the organization; ensuring all departments are aware of and utilizing them in preparation of their cost input.
- Utilize analytical, verbal, and written communication skills to accurately document, report, and present findings.
- Maintain the strict confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Utilize MS Office Suite (emphasis on Excel) and other Pricing tools as necessary.
- This position requires access to technology, materials, software or hardware that is controlled by US export laws. In order to be eligible for this position, you must be a “US Person” under US export laws (or eligible for approval under a U.S. Government export license).
Minimum:
- Bachelor’s Degree in math or business and 0-2 years’ experience in finance or accounting field
- Intermediate Excel spreadsheet skills (formatting and calculation formulas)
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills, strong interpersonal skills, proven analytical and root cause analysis capabilities, advanced problem-solving ability
- Ability to work under deadlines and constraints, multitasking across different proposals
- Ability to work on-site or hybrid schedule from Lancaster PA or from Woburn MA with 10-20% travel.
Preferred:
- Bachelor's Degree in math or business and 2-4 years’ experience in finance or accounting field
- Ability to work on-site or hybrid schedule from Lancaster, PA
- Advanced Excel spreadsheet experience (pivot tables, v-lookups, macros)
- PROPRICER experience or Salesforce experience
- Knowledge of FAR, DFARs regulations, Truth In Negotiations Act, and CAS
Technical Skills:
- Intermediate Excel spreadsheet skills (formatting and calculation formulas)
Physical Demands:
- Ability to work at a computer (sitting or standing) for 9 hours per day
- Light physical effort required by handling objects up to 20 pounds occasionally and/or up to 10 pounds frequently.
Salary Range: Finance Analyst II: $75,069.50 ~ $88,882.29 & Finance Analyst III: $97,560 ~ $117,072.39, annually. Applicable pay within the posted range may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, geographical location, job function of the position, education, and experience of the successful candidate.
