Job Opportunity Overview

We are seeking a reliable and efficient team player to assist our servers in delivering exceptional food and beverage service to our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide prompt and courteous service to each guest while maintaining high standards of quality.
• Maintain water glasses at optimal levels throughout the meal.
• Develop knowledge of daily menu offerings and effectively communicate them to guests.
• Clean and reset dining room tables and booths after each use, ensuring a clean and organized environment for guests.
• Complete pre-shift, during-shift, and post-shift side-work requirements as assigned.
• Manage the flow of soiled dishes to the kitchen and clean supplies to the dining room.
• Understand performance expectations and consistently meet them.

Requirements:

• A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Previous restaurant experience is preferred, and applicants must be at least 18 years old.
• Basic knowledge of food preparation and presentation is essential.
• Excellent communication skills, a well-groomed appearance, and a professional attitude are expected.
• Strong interpersonal skills, a positive demeanor, and a willingness to work collaboratively as part of a team are necessary.

Work Environment:

• The ability to work independently and make quick decisions is crucial.
• Sitting and/or standing for extended periods (minimum four hours) is required.
• Demonstrating a sense of urgency when performing tasks and meeting deadlines is vital.
• The ability to navigate casino facilities, including stairs and elevators, is necessary.
• Physical capability to lift, carry, and push items weighing up to 40 pounds is required.
• Tolerance of areas with secondhand smoke, dust, loud noises, and bright lights is expected.
• Willingness to work varied shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed is necessary.
