Role Description:
The Gaming Department Supervisor will be responsible for supervising table games dealers, ensuring compliance with gaming regulations, and maintaining a high level of customer service. Key Responsibilities:
- DEALER MANAGEMENT: Supervise and train table games dealers, maintain production, appraise team members' productivity, and recommend promotions or other changes.
- TEAM MEMBER DEVELOPMENT: Develop highly skilled team members, set realistic standards, and hold employees accountable for meeting them.
- COMPLIANCE ENSURANCE: Oversee operations to ensure compliance with gaming commission regulations, internal controls, company standards, and departmental policies.
Requirements:
- EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION: High school diploma or equivalent required; significant Table Games experience as a dealer and/or supervisor capacity.
