What are the responsibilities and job description for the Lead Maintenance Technician position at CAF Management?
Experience: Experience in residential property management maintenance is required and 5 years of supervisory experience is preferred. Working knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, fire protection and energy management systems is required. EPA certification is required as well as other certifications/licenses as required by local, state or other regulations.

6. Ability to work on-call as scheduled 24/7; work weekends and after hours as necessary due to emergency or business need.
Essential Job Functions:
1. Supervise and schedule maintenance activities for the property and maintenance staff.
2. Coordinate, schedule and respond to resident/management service requests for occupied apartments. This includes but is not limited to the following:
3. Coordinate, schedule and prepare vacant apartment for make-readies.
4. Assist property manager with ensuring safety at the property.
5. Identify and correct any hazardous community conditions.
6. Coordinate, schedule and perform preventative maintenance on equipment and apartments.
7. Order supplies and manage the maintenance budget.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $30.00 - $32.00 per hour
