We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated Lead Maintenance Technician to oversee the maintenance operations of our property in Corpus Christi, TX. If you have a strong background in property maintenance and leadership, we invite you to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and lead all major maintenance operations within the property.
- Implement and oversee maintenance processes and procedures to meet company objectives.
- Monitor expenses and manage the maintenance budget effectively.
- Ensure all facilities, equipment, and systems are properly maintained and in good working order.
- Conduct regular property inspections to identify issues and resolve them promptly.
- Plan and oversee all repair and installation activities.
- Ensure that maintenance personnel adhere to safety policies and procedures.
- Assign repair schedules and evaluate cost estimates for necessary repairs.
- Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, daily progress reports, and maintenance logs.
- Manage equipment inventory and order necessary supplies as required.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; higher education is a plus.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in maintenance, remodeling, or construction.
- Previous managerial experience is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of plumbing, carpentry, HVAC, and electrical systems (certifications are a plus).
- Familiarity with facility equipment and maintenance procedures.
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead a team and interact effectively with residents.
