Overview
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting high-quality beverages and providing excellent service in a fast-paced environment, whether in a nightclub or fine dining setting.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring all equipment is sanitized and stocked.
- Engage with customers in a friendly manner, taking orders and providing recommendations based on their tastes.
- Handle cash transactions accurately using a cash register or POS system, including Aloha POS.
- Monitor customer behavior to ensure responsible alcohol service and compliance with local laws.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food items when applicable.
- Assist in inventory management by tracking supplies and placing orders as needed.
- Provide exceptional customer service to enhance the overall guest experience.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in food service or bartending is preferred, particularly in nightclub or fine dining environments.
- Proficient in basic math skills for handling cash transactions and managing tabs.
- Familiarity with POS systems, specifically Aloha POS, is a plus.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
- Knowledge of cocktail recipes and mixology techniques is highly desirable.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends, in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be at least 21 years of age as per legal requirements for serving alcohol.

Pay: $21.37 - $23.78 per hour
