Café Services, a leading food service management company, is looking for an enthusiastic, supportive team member to be a HR Assistant. Key Responsibilities:
- Support employee engagement programs
- Handle monthly employee recognition program
- Handle employee condolences and celebrations
- Help maintain paper and electronic personnel files, running audits to ensure compliance.
- Coordinate and respond to needs associated with employment security, references and employment verifications.
- Partner with HR Generalist to maintain HR data in ADP Workforce Now.
- Provide general HR support to team members.
- Answer calls and direct as appropriate.
- Assist as needed with various projects, audits, and special occasion planning.
Requirements:
- Must have high energy and a desire to engage with employees.
- Must have proficiency with MS Word, Excel, Outlook.
- Must have a high level of focus on getting the details right!
- Enjoy being creative and social is a plus.
- Position continually requires demonstrated poise, tact and diplomacy.
- Must be highly organized.
