Job Description
We are looking for a Microsoft Intune Administrator to manage and deploy Intune functionality within our organization. This position will be part-time and onsite.
What You’ll Do
Intune Deployment and Management : Oversee the deployment, configuration, and management of Microsoft Intune for mobile devices and desktops
Policy Creation and Enforcement : Develop and enforce MDM policies to ensure compliance with organizational standards and security requirements
Application Management : Manage the deployment and assignment of applications through Intune, including updates and troubleshooting
Device Enrollment : Facilitate the enrollment of devices into Intune, ensuring proper configuration and compliance
User Support : Provide technical support to end-users and IT staff regarding Intune-related issues and inquiries
Security Monitoring : Monitor and respond to security incidents and threats using Intune and other security tools
Reporting and Analytics : Generate and analyze reports on device compliance, application deployment, and policy enforcement
Collaboration : Work closely with other IT teams to integrate Intune with existing systems and processes
What You'll Need
Required :
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience managing and deploying Microsoft Intune or similar MDM solutions
Proficiency in Intune, Azure Active Directory (AAD), and other Microsoft 365 services
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Communication : Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams
Preferred :
Relevant certifications such as Microsoft Certified : Modern Desktop Administrator Associate or Microsoft Certified : Security, Compliance, and Identity Fundamentals are preferred
Experience with other MDM solutions (e.g., VMware Workspace ONE, MobileIron)
Knowledge of scripting languages (e.g., PowerShell) for automation
Familiarity with security frameworks and compliance standards
Physical Demands
Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA and other federal, state and local standards
Sedentary work that involves sitting or remaining stationary most of the time with occasional need to move around the office to attend meetings, etc.
Ability to conduct repetitive tasks on a computer, utilizing a mouse, keyboard, and monitor
