The Senior Human Resources Manager is responsible for performing Human Resources related duties on a professional level and works closely with HR management in supporting designated projects, programs and functions. This position carries out responsibilities such as performance management, coaching & training, policy implementation, recruitment & employment process, benefits administration, employee relations, and employment law compliance, as well as other HR support needed by the company and organization.

May supervise HR staff including but not limited to: Sr. HR Specialist, HR Generalist, on needed basis as approved by line manager. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization’s policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement and continuously enhance HR programs across the employee lifecycle.
- Identify and lead improvements in HR systems, tools, and workflows to drive efficiency, better data management, and better employee experience.
- Drive and implement organization changes or people programs and processes to align with business needs.
- Develop, document, and implement scalable HR processes, HR policies and procedures aligned with organization needs and regulatory compliance.
- Serve as a trusted resource for employee and manager inquiries, ensuring responsive and empathetic HR support.
- Use data to develop actionable insights on workforce trends, retention, performance, and engagement.
- Manage employee master file and personnel files and take necessary actions in HR systems as HR practitioner to ensure employee file and information are accurate, complete and up to date.
- Manage onboarding, offboarding, transfer and relevant HR processes.
- Responsible for HR related reporting and analysis, such as FTE, Headcount, Attrition, talent profile, etc.
- Support HR system implementation, and HR vendor management.
- Support HR internal communication activities and calendar.
- Performs other related duties as required and assigned.

Job Requirements:
- Education
- Bachelor’s degree or above. Business Management or Human Resource related will be a plus.
- Experience
- 10 years human resource experience with a strong track record in project management and systems implementation.
- Global human resources experience.
- Strong expertise in HRIS and business technologies.
- SHRM, PHR, SPHR or other HR professional certification and/or PMP certification a plus.
- Cross functional team leadership and supervisory experience preferred.
- Experience in life sciences industry helpful.
