Summary
We are seeking a Retail District Manager to oversee our operations across multiple locations within the Portland Metro area. This role is vital in ensuring our stores deliver exceptional service and maintain high standards of operational excellence, contributing to our legacy of quality and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the performance of multiple gas station and convenience store locations.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and operational standards.
- Drive sales growth by implementing effective merchandising and promotional strategies.
- Train, mentor, and develop store managers to enhance team performance.
- Monitor financial performance and prepare reports on sales, expenses, and profitability.
- Foster a customer-focused environment that prioritizes excellent service delivery.
- Conduct regular site visits to assess operations and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with corporate management to align district goals with company objectives.
Qualifications
- Proven experience. two years minimum, in retail management or district management within the gasoline or convenience store industry.
- Strong sales acumen with a track record of driving revenue growth.
- Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with staff and customers.
- Ability to analyze financial data and make informed decisions based on metrics.
- Familiarity with POS systems and retail math principles is essential.
- Experience in training and developing team members.
