Summary/Objective
Reporting to New Client Services Managing Partner, the Inside Sales Manager is responsible for following up on qualified leads (no cold calling) and supporting the sales team in the new client discovery process.
Essential Functions
- Support the client discovery process through daily calls and emails to schedule consults with New Client Manager(s)
- Continually readdress priority of new business pipeline and collaborate with CWA and its partners to maximize Managers’ lead flow
- Provide administrative support to the NCS team by speaking with clients via phone and in person and assisting in responding directly to client email communications
- Receive, organize, and evaluate how our services would be appropriate for potential new clients and the ability to sell the client the advantages of using our services

Responsibilities And Duties
- Follow up on qualified leads and schedule calls with new client prospects
- Create new leads from old leads and key in leads from speaking engagements
- 50 phone calls and emails with new client prospects at least 3 days per week on targeted sales days
- Prioritize sales pipeline through Salesforce and with consideration to NCS weekly, monthly, and quarterly goals
- Collaborate with the marketing team and external lead sources to maximize lead flow
- Field basic questions regarding accounting, tax, and consulting services
- Request, identify, and organize sensitive and confidential business documents

Education And Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in business or related field required
- 3 years' experience in sales, account management, or related field, or an Accounting / CPA background looking to transition
- Background in Financial Services, Accounting or Tax Preferred
- Professional demeanor with a service mentality
- Organized, detail-oriented, competent follow through skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Superior organization skills and ability to suggest processes and follow-up
- Ability to exercise good judgment/decision making when necessary
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office software and Salesforce
- Self-motivated with keen sense of owning the client relationships (internal and external)
- Ability to independently manage multiple projects to completion
Travel
Little to no out-of-state and overnight travel is expected for this position.
Work Environment
This job operates in a clerical, office setting. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.
Physical Demands
This is a largely sedentary role; however, some filing may be required. This would require the ability to lift files, open filing cabinets and bend or stand as necessary.
Position Type and Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time, exempt position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday 8:00 a.m. to 5 p.m. Some flexibility in hours is allowed based on management’s approval. The ability to work remotely is allowed based on management’s approval.

Compensation
Initial Base Salary Minimum: $95,000 - Maximum: $115,000; With the ability to earn additional incentive pay at management's discretion
