We are seeking to fill this position in our Ball Ground, GA office with a minimum of 3 days in the office per week.
Essential Functions

- Assist in managing the lifecycle of existing products, ensuring their continued success through updates, improvements, and issue resolution.
- Support product managers in executing key projects, including market research, competitive analysis, and product roadmap and sustaining initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, regulatory, sales, and marketing, to drive product improvements and enhancements.
- Gather and analyze voice-of-customer feedback to identify areas for product refinement and better meet user needs.
- Assist in managing the lifecycle of existing products, ensuring their continued success through updates, improvements, and issue resolution.
- Provide on-going product expertise to operations and sales teams.

Required Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Engineering, Business or Life Sciences
- 1-2 years of experience in product management, medical devices, or a related industry
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Preferred Education and Experience
- Familiarity with medical devices, healthcare or oxygen therapy is a plus
