Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and organized Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service while managing various administrative tasks. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Duties
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional manner, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Manage incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate personnel using phone systems.
- Maintain an organized front desk area and ensure all office supplies are stocked.
- Assist with calendar management, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings.
- Perform clerical duties such as filing, data entry, and document preparation.
- Provide administrative support to team members as needed, including personal assistant tasks.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide information about services offered.
Experience
- Previous experience in an administrative or clerical role is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with office equipment and phone systems is essential.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
- Proficiency in calendar management and organizational skills is a must.
