Duties/Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
- Answer and direct phone calls to appropriate personnel.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings and appointments.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and correspondence.
- Process and distribute incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Assist in processing tax returns with heavy due dates in March/April and September/October, but continuous processing throughout the year.
- Learn and assist in maintaining company systems/software's.
- Demonstrate competency in technical skills, work quality, and application of professional and firm standards.
- Retain documents as necessary through scanning, copying, and utilizing internal company systems.
- Word processing for reports, correspondence, and other office documents.
- Team oriented and team player.
