Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively sell and promote tours to customers.
- Stand for extended periods while engaging with potential customers.
- Provide excellent customer service, answering inquiries and offering tailored recommendations.
- Work independently to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth.
- Approach potential clients with enthusiasm and a positive attitude.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of tour offerings, pricing, and availability.
- Process bookings and payments accurately.
- Handle any customer’s concerns professionally and efficiently.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Prior sales or customer service experience preferred.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and proactively.
- Strong communication and persuasion skills.
- Comfortable standing for long periods and working in a fast-paced environment.
- Passionate about tourism, travel, and delivering excellent guest experiences.
- Ability to handle transactions and basic administrative tasks.
- Multilingual abilities are a plus.
