Harvest Winemaking Intern
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Harvest Winemaking Intern for the 2025 harvest season.

Job Responsibilities
- Vineyard sampling and assessing incoming fruit quality
- Monitoring fermentations and checking tanks for fermentation progress and temperature settings
- Writing work orders and coordinating sampling and juice/wine analyses with Enologist and Lab Tech
- Assisting with running lab analysis and cellar operations (cleaning/sanitizing tanks and equipment, pumpovers, additions, filling/topping barrels, etc.) as needed
About You
We are looking for a candidate with a strong work ethic, a can-do attitude, and high dependability. A college degree in Enology or related science field or minimum three years equivalent work experience in wine production is required. Experience with Vintrace is helpful. Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs repeatedly is also required.
