Job Responsibilities
This position involves performing various tasks related to winemaking, including standard winery analyses, collecting wine and juice samples, and monitoring tank fermentation. You will also be responsible for maintaining and calibrating laboratory equipment and generating reports using Innovint and Excel.
Main Responsibilities:
- Conduct standard winery analyses
- Collect wine and juice samples
- Monitor tank fermentation
- Maintain laboratory equipment
- Generate reports using Innovint and Excel
- Support cellar tasks
Qualifications and Requirements
- At least one harvest of lab experience and previous cellar experience preferred
- BS in Enology/Chemistry or equivalent experience
- Knowledge of winemaking and viticulture
- Physical ability to climb, bend, and lift 50lbs
- Ability to work flexible hours during harvest season
